Even outside of rush hour, bike owners are never considerate enough to ensure that the nasty wheels don't touch people and the walls of the train, what more during rush hour. Yet, people think it's perfectly acceptable to bring their bikes onto a crowded train, not only taking up space but inconveniencing people with bike dirt.
